Ages 6+
Participants will make two clay projects to gift to their favorite teachers! They will use handbuilding techniques like wedging, rolling out slabs, cutting shapes, scoring and adding slip to attach pieces, and exploring surface texture. Artwork will be underglazed with color during the session. By the end of this workshop, participants will have created a custom picture frame and a personalized tray! Artwork will be bisque fired, coated with clear glaze, and fired again to be ready for pick-up 3 weeks after the workshop.
